Feel ignored

I am feeling very ignored by one thumb mobile, many clannies in my clan have bought the new lux. They didn't like so they asked for a refund. I on the other hand. I bought the 1m fellspine the wet first day of the event. I didn't like it so first day I requested a refund waited a few days and still no refund. So I sent another. Twice every week so fair. Guess what still no refund. ATM i still have the fellspine, been what 3 weeks since event came out. And I really need this gold. Otm do something

technically speaking i dont think they HAVE to give you a refund
you made a mistake in buying the fellspine in the first place....read the description more carefully or think it through before buying and you wont have this problem

Lol watch them wait til the 4 week mark, then say you cannot refund it due to the length of time limited before you can return

It can take some time for the team to respond to a ticket due to the number of requests and messages they receive every single day.
Also, please do not send in multiple tickets about the same issue as this will only slow the process down.

Well then they won't refund it if its past a month. I asked a refund before thy then my clannie asked same time same day go refund next day

If a ticket was sent in within 12 days of an item being purchased the item will be refunded; how long the Support Team takes to answer the ticket does not play a role.

So, they know the date of every support ticket?
Well I would assume so. In most mail applications it tells you when the email was sent.
