Hey otm, ive sent about 5 support tickets for a refund on 2 spectral bracelets i bought stupidly, plz if u can make this refund or even reply to my messages that would be awesome, ty
It can take some time for the Support Team to respond to a ticket as they receive a very large number of messages and requests every single day.
Please be assured though that your issue will be looked at as soon as possible.
