Hey im FlatEric player on Rosmerta and dupport dosnt want to refund my Crown of the Master :/ are there problems atm?
It can take some time for the Support Team to respond to a ticket as they receive a very large number of requests and messages every single day.
Please be assured though that your issue will be looked at as soon as possible.
