10% Camo broken on Ancient Relic Serpentstaff?

I see no difference between no camo and 10% camo. Is it minuscule difference or is it broken ?
To be fair, 10% is a tiny amount.
Why not try getting as close as possible to a mob with your camo on, then take it off and see if you gain aggro.
