Deleted characters

I've sent in like 8 support tickets for my deleted characters. I was wondering how long it would take you guys to read it
It can take some time for the Support Team to process a request as they receive a very large number of tickets and messages every single day. Please be assured though that your issue will be processed as soon as possible.
Also, please do not send in multiple tickets for the same issue as this will only slow the process down.
