Ok Honeslty I have mailed support 3 weeks ago about my account and havent gotten a reply,I know there are busy but really?3 Weeks is a huge wait.Please check your mail

They have lots of requests a day and a relatively small staff so ye they may take awhile.
Worst thing to do is send multiple tickets though it just slows down the process. :/
