I'm getting frustrated

When do support tickets get answered? This is absolutely ridiculous now. I'd rather you didn't move this topic because it won't get answered in other subjects.
The Support Team is currently dealing with a very large backlog, and as such it may take some time for tickets to be processed.
Please be assured though that your issue will be looked at as soon as possible.
