Can't buy plat not working

Every time I click to buy it says processing then just goes away I restarted device and every thing. Pls fix.
If you're jailbroke and have iAp enabled you need to disable it.
If not, you should try these solutions:
Connect to a different WiFi
Reinstall the App
You should also check if the payment has been taken from your iTunes account.
