I sent like two tickets in two weeks for my warden gloves, boots and also sprite wand (starter wand) to be restored and still got ZERO answer. I have dropped all of them long ago, but as a proof I have meteoric gloves and frozen boots. and, the wand it just the weapon that your char already wears when you make it.

I would like to have those as fashion but of course got royally ignored by support.

I have sent a support ticket for the wardens gloves: they did return them. Wait a little while they will get to you.

The Support Team can only restore items which have been dropped in the last 3 months.

So it's impossible for a character made in 2011, like me, to have his warden and/or starter armour restored that was dropped way back?

So you are saying you cannot get the quest chain armour back for people which leads to meteoric-frozen-dragonlord which is pretty much the only quests to work on in the game? Thats honestly stupid. Thats like saying someone who's sibling dropped all their, lets say- dragonlord armour- can't get it back?

Quest items which are required for the completion of a quest will be restored regardless of when they were dropped.
