Hiya admin,

My hubby got his account recovered months ago by you because it was scammed and banned, he then straight away emailed you back about the account not under his email and he didn't know the password. You then began procrastinating by sending him stuff he has already done then needing info about the account. He did that months ago and still no reply, he is still stuck without his account and is getting angry can you please fix this immediately. thankyou admin

are you going to keep saying stuff like this as an excuse or will you get effective support team? not against you but the actual one just sucks and don't know what they are doing.
