He (as he says) sent tickets many times!!! its been 4weeks and still character isnt restored!! OTM when will you rstore char??? just because he isnt play buyer doesnt mean you can ignore him!!!

Well he is spamming tickets... That actually slows down the process (Happened to me). Tell him to send 1 more.

Well i think spamm will speed up process, since your tickets will be everywhere which means otm will see them... i think problem is that he isnt plat buyer

Sending multiple tickets about the same issue will slow down the process - please only send one ticket per issue.

So if fried sent ticke 4 weeks ago that same ticket would be still seen by otm?

I also sent ticket and mail and not response they should have more admins i think
