How many tickets i should send about one issue u til they solve it i sent one ticket and i am waiting nearly week and they havent solved it what can i do to spped up this?

You have to be patient. Wait 2 weeks to send another ticket (It helped me).

How do u send a ticket....
klick on the top left button (where you can tap inventory, map etc.) ans then klick on support.
