Account Appeals

I know you are busy, but your customer service is very slow. An account appeal should be a priority. I've wanted to get back to playing for 3 days now. You need to prioritize. Account appeals should be the main task because players can play without a dropped item or something, but they cannot play without an account. Please finish your "investigation" of my accounts so that I can play again. Yes I sound snobby, I am in a really bad mood today, but I speak for the many people who would not dare tell the business what the customers want.

3 days? Been 3 months and I still haven't gotten a response. +1 to OTM having sh*tty customer service and that they need to pay more attention to appeals.

Of I received that kind of service from any company, I would leave them.
You guys should do the same thing, don't accept it.

I left when this update came out because nothing good was essentially added to the game.

I have left behind:
2 X dark flame sets
3 X golden camos
1 X silver camos
4k plat
100's of exilars and combos
2+ million gold
And more

After a few weeks off, you realise that the game and OTM really aren't worth the waste of time.
They can't even be bothered to answer this thread or PM either of you.
