I find it absurd how you have enough time to create stupid armor artwork that will look nothing like the new server armor when that eventually comes out, but you dont have enough time to answer roughly 60% of your tickets. It really is rediculous that even the ones that ask for your help and are serious arent even read. Also i do not like how you can be so hypocritical about editing existing items (for example dragonlord vs candy canes). This game is your job and you should take it seriously and abide by your word

It's been like this for a while and it will continue getting worse until the plat buyers stop giving them what they want it's only facts

haha people keep threatening they'll stop, some do, others don't, they still make profits, they don't really see it as a threat yet :3

They are doing the best they can, if you feel that they don't abide by their words, than how about you put yourself in their position, then start complaining. I say this because I feel they deserve credit, I mean, how can you play a game without a game developer, so I'm basically saying, be happy with what you got or are given. You don't buy any plat do you ? Once you've spent your hard earned money on something and you don't get what you paid for, Then you will know why people complain.

if otm would listen to their players more often more players would spend money on this game and they would make more profit. if they dont listen to the players they stop buying plat so less profit for otm. very simple

Unless you are saying that many people do not get the platinum they bought, this doesn't make much sense. People get exactly what they pay for (platinum) and they can do what they wish with it. People complain that the chests aren't good enough and thts plat buyers are being ripped off...so what? It says that it is random on the item itself, people just ignore that and rage that they have used hundreds of chests and not gotten anything. Thats like people buying hundreds of lottery tickets and raging when they don't when. People are getting exactly what they pay for, they just sometimes don't like it.

As to the op, the reason they are releasing the new art is in anticipation of the new engine, which they have stated many, times is what they are focusing most of their attention on, in order for it to come out fast. As to not answering tickets, there isn't much to be said, except that they do their best, and its hard to read, check out, and fix each individual issue, especially with the limited amount of people on OTM's staff. Also, just be glad that there IS a support team, I have played a few games where the support is almost nonexistant, Several people I know have had answers to their tickets within few days, so it might just be you sent it at a bad time.

Not everyone is forced to buy plat, such as me, I have made it to lvl 170 without buying plat. Although people do need to buy plat in order to keep the market going, otherwise a lot of people will end up needing to buy plat due to the almost impossibility of lvling without elixirs whenever you hit 150+.

As to editing the ingame items, I admit that I was quite surprised that they actually changed the items that had previously been bought/rewarded, and I think that should not have been done, since many people spent a lot of gold to get them. But they were slightly overpowered, or at least the purple one for sure, especially seeing the new ones and how bad they are (compared to the previous ones).

While the numbers probably are made up and a little tact could hav been used, there is much validity in the point of this post. There are many long term players that do have issues that seem to be of little concern to support and the developers. Energy issues, class balance and quality or frequency of boss drops are just a few that have been brought up in many topics.

OTM often does not respond to posts when asked direct questions or will come up with some vague answer that later they contradict. While i understand the desire to bring in more customers, many people have spent countless hours and quite a bit of money on this game. These are the people that OTM should be looking out for.

Do you fail to understand that this is a game?! No other game requires you to spend 100s of dollars on it. All I'm saying is that they can stop being so money minded and let us have a fun game play without spending tons of money on this game.
And btw im not talking about chests, if i spend 100 dollars on a game, i expect to be somewhere high in it. In this game if u spend 100 dollars and u try and use the gold option all u can get is 500 k! Which is absolutely nothing if Ur even an average lvld player. I really don't see why they don't just stop with this greedy nonsense and start being more nice.
And when i say I'm not getting my money's worth is because even if i spend 100 dollars on this game, i still get ignored on the forums by the admins. I think if i spend that much money on something i deserve a good service in return.
