Ok so last Wednesday I sent a supprt about my venom dagger and still no response I know they dont work on weekends but still it's Tuesday

If you dont buy over $50.00 in plat ,then you will be waiting over 1 & 1/2 month.
And btw, dont buy a new one if otm does not reply.Your just helping them in there greed
