Is otm still giving refund?

Many of my clannies bought the yuletide lux items and didn't find them good and have asked for refund. It has been two weeks and none has received the refund. Is otm not giving refund anymore or are there too many refunds to process that we have to wait so long? Pl let us know a least.

Admin said support is on break from Xmas to new years

Hi there, the studio is closed over Xmas / new year, however we have expanded the support and community teams for the start of the year and so hopefully won't have any more backlogs going forwards. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.

Then you guys are sol since support has said they can only go back 12 days to verify vendor transactions.
