You know what, I think they should play their own game so they can understand whats going on from the players point of view. And for heavens sake pay more attention to your players . I understand that at the end of the day its about making money. But they are your money. Not bad mouthing otm but from what I have seen and heard your customer support is pretty crappy, maybe instead of making the game worse you can stabilize it better. For instance there is another game out there called order and chaos, have you heard of it? It's like world of Warcraft on ios the graphics are nice and story is ok , you guys have competitors . I can talk about this forever but that will not change anything. The fact of the matter is you guys need to take better care of your players case closed.
This post is probably going to get deleted because you guys dont want to hear it , but I hope you read it first.
otms support is alot better than gamelofts.. don't get me started on there's
Yes, anyone experienced with Gameloft would know that they have a terrible support team, but at least their game is balanced and fun for the players AND Gameloft has a wide variety of other games to deal with. In comparison, sure OTM is much, much better, but CH lacks content... A lot... Maybe in update 5 it will be better, but I honestly doubt it. Plus CH is OTM's only game, they claim to be completely focused on it yet they fail to listen to their customers with one game... One.. Stinkin... Game... OTM, you may not realize this, but players are quitting because
YOU refuse to fix the issues you cause. Wall holes and invisible mobs have been here for ages with no fix. Druids go unheard simply because OTM thinks that they will sooner or later sdfu and just buy plat to solve the problem. This is wrong. Sooner or later, people are going to realize that your "Free" game requires a whole lot more than it should. In fact, It's already happening. I see people on forums who refuse to buy plat until major problems are fixed, and they have gotten a lot of support. Bottom line, if you don't provide fun content for the players, they're going to quit.
