No reply or refund on my support ticket after 2 weeks (ish)

So I accidently bought an expensive item from xmas lux store (750k misc) which was Icecrystal Brooch of the Hearth. I sent support ticket straight away on 25th December when I bought it. No reply or refund of money, so I sent another one two weeks later. I just want to get my money back :( . Hopefully could someone confirm if it will be read, and money restored? If I know my money will be refunded, then it's not so bad. But I wanna be refunded fast because, I heard that if you wait too long, they can't refund.
I bought item on 25th Dec, 2013.
I bought on my rogue on Mabon, Sneakystrike.

Also, does the item you want refunded have to be in your inventory or can it be worn?

OTM just got back from Christmas Break, but don't get your hopes too high, I've been disabled for 3 months and never got a reply to any emails.
