lost account name - very sad little boy

My son loves to play and is so proud of playing, You should see him. He is 6 and gets on his own iPad and plays next to his dad or me (mom) He has really worked on this character. He has been in tears since he accidentally deleted the game and had this crises. Please help. He is a really great kid and this would make his day.
My son who has fallen in love with this game has accidentally lost his account name. He worked hard for iPad time so he could play this game, accidentally deleted celtic heroes form his iPad. I restored the game but he can not remember his account name. His character is Robert86 on Mabon. Please, He is in tears...
I don't know how to help him. I know the password but not the account name.

Sorry to hear that, have you registered an email? And you can try making a new account and then sending a support ticket asking for the username. Wait about 2 weeks and resend.
