Quest became 'uncompleted'?

Hi,
I am doing the warden armour quests and just complete the quest to get the weapon but I already had 2 dragon disks for the top armour piece. I went to visit to collect totem and it all completed ok but as I turned around it said 'quest stage 2 completed' for the armour top, then 'quest stage 2 not completed' and now it shows me as having not crown frags? Is this a glitch? What happened? The crown frags are not in my inventory anymore either. I am on world Lugh and my login is the same as here Pedro Griffino.
Thanks

Um... having now had a go at trying to buy those dragon fragments in game I am very keen to get the two that went missing back. They are selling for around 14-15k gold and now having read why I can understand.

If you are talking about drags, that's because you turned in the top?

But I didn't have the elm frags yet, so they were "taken" by the guardian but the whole quest isn't completed and now I still need two drag and two elm frags.

I was turning in to get the weapon (totem for Druid) and I am sure (but could be proven wrong) that I had 4 drag frags. Of course I could be wrong and I could still need the two of each... opps I play pretty late at night mostly and after a glass or two of red so anything is really possible and if it's proven that I'm a ..... I'll happily admit it here in the forum :D
