Blocking people not in your zone

Is there a way to block someone that is spamming you from a different zone without tracking them down and clicking on them?
You can whisper anyone anywhere with the "w" command. Why cant i block them with a "b" command.

After an outbreak of spammers today, i hate this not already being implemented
