Admin, my friend has sent support tickets and messages over Facebook. And his account still has not been recovered. You messaged him back over Facebook about a month ago but havnt done anything. Is there anything he can do?

To recover an account you need to contact the Support Team.

You can do so by either using the in-game support tool, or e-mailing [email protected].

Please tell your friend to include as much information as possible about the account in question in their e-mail, as this will help the team locate and verify the account.

Luthias , i did send a support ticket using the in game tool for account recovery but im still waiting for a response i know support team deal with a lot of requests daily but this very important my account is lvl 180+ please answer me and thanks.
