So I send a email to [email protected] today I got a mail back.But not from support.Here take a look.Is it safe for me to give my info?Please help me.

Yea, I did some digging a while back and found Elaine Wildridge to be the person that deals with the disabling of accounts. She must be one heartless chick because she sure ignores a lot of emails...

Don't say that,out of no where a bunch of people got banned so she's probably very busy.Give her some time.

Give your info. You do not have to put your password. I did it and my account was unbanned after a few weeks.
