Just wondering, why do you allow scammers to do as they please. You let them scam anyone and everyone and do nothing at all to prevent them, but as soon as they do something which could affect your income, you're straight on top of it and will ban and/or device ban.

This must be the least strict MMO I have ever seen in terms of scamming. You let them cause havoc, we have scammers on Rhiannon impersonating people daily to try and scam, and whilst a lot of us are too clever or too aware to be scammed, their is also some very naive and young people that play this game.

I am just wondering, why do you allow all of these imposters (I feel it is harrassment), why won't you IP ban them and why do you do so little to help when something like this happens.

Agreed. If someone is caught scamming or impersonating people, any accounts bound to that IP should be banned..

+1, but also, I make a fake acc to my own name so I cannot be impersonated.

Happening in taranis for couple of months now. Still dont understand how the trades log can't be used to pinpoint whoever it is.

hmmmm call me stupid but i dont see how they can actually prove someone scams unless they admit it
screenpics we know can all be photoedited, and otm probably wont side with you if its your word against theirs

You can't "IP ban" anyone, because dynamic IPs and 4G networks give you a different IP. They'll just end up banning people hopping on the same network (like a whole school, for example).

Maybe device ban is an option. But OTM is a business and no business do well if they keep customers away.

Some people keep on saying that online there us a hack tool for celtic heroes and they were talking to me and i didnt even know them an next day my account is disabled i really world like my account enabled i tried to send messages to support and i havent got a reply in like 3 months if u need to contact me u can send me mail in the game my characters name is healerstyle53 please help me.
