So i recently asked for a refund on the new yule Icecrytal pendant of the north wind(costs 1m in shop).. I logged in after a good night of sleep and see that i have been mailed by support. I open the mail to find that i have gotten only 500k for my refund... i would like to know why this happened and if it has been to long and you just decided to give me half the gold it was worth. If i wanted 500k i would have sold to lux way easier than sending a email to support for a refund on my ammy. Please look into this and pm me or post the reason why i only got 500k. thank you
