i believe that at first when you open the game, it should have an option under the log in button that says create account. just simply enter a username and pass then it will take you back to the log in screen. type in your user and pass, then the game should begin patching. just wait it out while it patches and dont leave the app once you've done that, select a server (mabon ) then make a character and play hope this helped
