Hello Support,

I had taken a break a couple of months back. I checked back in just recently, and find that everything but one item is present. It is my Golden Helmet of Intensity. This item was last seen around the month of June of 2013. It could have been on either of the accounts of :

RoyalSeraphim [Druid] of Taranis, Level 144
01011000 [Rogue] of Taranis, Level 87

What I mean by account is that it could have been in any character/toon (however you may call it) but lent to someone else, or maybe dropped, and could have possibly been sold to a vendor (NPC Vendor - Not another player). What I am trying to ask is that if I dropped it, or sold it to an NPC vendor that you could ideally restore it unto 01011000. If it is in the possession of another character, then is it possible to identify this character - I may have lent it to him/her. Yes, this was on purpose as I am quite positive, 100% that I did not sell it to another player (or traded with another item to another player). I am not asking for Support to retrieve the item from another play who possesses this item, as I am merely asking Support to track who has the item.

Last Seen -
~May/June of 2013 (This is just an approximate - you can take a look at my log in patterns, and find out exactly when I took the break and easily track it from there)

Possible Leads -
I have deleted a character without even checking its possessions, the name is PsycheBreaker who is a [Male] Mage - around 30 in level.

*If I can get permission, I could list known characters that have can have a lead or know where said item is. However this is against the rules (as I remember) of mentioning specific names of individuals.

Again, I just want to know who the character in posssession of my Golden Helmet of Intensity. If you are against mentioning the specific name, you may Private Message me, or leave me a notification in-game on either or both (RoyalSeraphim) or (01011000).

Anymorw information you need, just let me know please, I may be able to answer them as my memory is a little foggy from being away from the game for so long. If you need me to prove, or identify that I am indeed the owners of these said accounts, I can. Just let me know as soon as possible.

Interesting, I don't believe they keep activity logs of that long ago though. . .

I have a similar problem:

Lent a friend my 60 stats dragon helm from synak. He mysteriously disappeared and I can't contact him through kik or on the forums as it says his phone has been off for a long time and he hasn't visited the forums in months but I want it back. Sounds simple, they can just check trade logs etc for proof but again I doubt they keep logs that far back and I believe I'd simply get a messge saying don't trade what you don't want to lose.

Oh well, I hope that I could somehow get my item back, and that you get yours.

We can only track items that have been traded/dropped/sold in the last three months. However please be aware that support cannot be reliable for finding or tracking down lost items. Once an item has been traded from an account, that item no longer belongs to that original player which is why we ask players to double check any trades that they may be involved in.
