Disabled Account

Hello Admin,
Back in September my main account got scammed somehow without me giving away any log in information that I know of. So I made another account. I then got my main account restored. Within a couple days my alt account got scammed the same way that my main one did. I sent an in-game ticket trying to restore my alt account. I got a response that said the account was traded and has been disabled. The account wasn't traded and I would like it back as I had some items and a character that I would like to use. I can provide the account details/character. thanks.
