Question about support.

A friend of mine got locked out of both his accounts because when he reset the password with his email, it changed the password but he never received a email with the password in it. Now he doesnt know the password to either of this accounts. Anyway he emailed support about it and they emailed him back with the normal-if you could verify as many of the following:plat purchases, account creation etc.... He replied with as much as he knows about his accounts and he hasnt gotten a response. He sent the reply on thursday so its already been 5 days. If you could please look into it and how long does it typically take for support to email back about this?
