Will we be able to make a custom one after our first original one?

You're able to change your password if that's what you're asking.

Hi!

To reset your password:

From the Main Menu screen, select Support.
Select the option which says Reset Password.
Enter your details, and select Reset Password.
You will receive an e-mail with your new password.

To change your password:

Go to the Character Select screen. You can reach this by selecting Log In instead of Continue from the Main Menu screen.
Select the icon on the left-hand side of the screen which looks like 2 gears.
Select the option which says Change Password.
Fill out the required details and select Change Password.
