appeals

How long does it take for an appeal to go through? Or how long does it take for appeals to be replied to? It's been 2 days since I made an appeal and still haven't gotten a reply.

Due to the nature of appeals, they can take a little time to be replied to as the team needs to look closely into the reason as to why the account was disabled in order to determine if the account should be returned or not. In general, appeals are aimed to be responded to by end of the working week at the latest. If after a week you have not heard a reply simply re-send the appeal but please do not send in multiple appeals within the same week as this can slow down the process.
