My brother can't log into his account, he just reseted the pass to that he normaly uses and he wrote it in, he can't log in! When he tried to reset pass from support it won't work. He don't have a forum acount and he doesn't use .com in his email. Doesn't it work without .com in the email? He lost about heroic gloves, energy regen ring and golden blade of magic just because he can't log in. Please help!

Your brother should not lose any items by being unable to log in unless the account has been accessed elsewhere.

In order to give access back to your brother, please ask him to start a new account and send in a support ticket to the in-game support team. They will be able to look into his claims.
