I just reseted the password

I allready have posted a topic about that my brother lost his acc by just reseting the password and use the new one, if you can't help me get my stuff back i want the account to work again.

He did make a new account and sent a message to support. He called me and this was the message he got back

Hi,

In order to determine account identity support team need to ask you questions about the account. The message that you show is how the support team try and get this information.
