Topic was deleted yet again. Explain which rules I'm breaking, please.

I've come to the ask for help forums to ask for help and all I've gotten were 2 deleted threads.

Will I ever receive my help, or will I continue to be ignored on this topic?

Hi, there is no help that can be offered.

Items are not returned to a player if that item was sold/dropped more than 3 months ago.

I shall speak with the support team to see if some kind of mistake was made, but the 3 month rule is still the norm.
