My account was disabled and I have been communicating with OTM in the appeals process. I have been answering all of their questions to the best of my knowledge and have gotten a response usually within 2 days. I responded to a question and it has now been 13 days since i responded, without an answer. Does this just mean OTM is busy? or does it mean my appeal was denied? thanks.

They stopped responding to me too, I figured it was because they don't want to help.

It has now been 1 month since my reply and I'm still waiting for a response.

You should send appeals once every 2 weeks. You could be sending it to the wrong e-mail, try this one:
[email protected]

All appeals are aimed to be answered by friday of the same week they are sent in.

That said, if you have been refused an appeal and continue to send in replies even after being told that the account is to remain disabled, then the team may no longer reply.

If this is not the case then please re-send your appeal.
