It's been a long time , I hope all is good.

I logged on and my characters won't show up , it states '5 slots used' yet I can't see them it only allows me to create another character.
I'm using an IPhone.

Just out of interests and for other people who use the "search" in the future and might stumble upon this topic. What did you did to fix this?
