Cannot log main account in

I cannot log into my account what so ever i have no clue what the issue is just keeps telling me can not connect to patch server blah blah blah. I go and try my other account i have on my ipod works just fine so i was thinking this has to b something on my end and go and try to log my main account in with ipod and same issue. Now i have no clue to as why i might b disabled if this is the case but please will someone help me with this issue. Tyvm

Try to shut your device off and on and clear Ch from the multitask bar (double click home) I usually do this when I can't connect to patch server.

Yes i have tyvm for replying just had to redownload the whole app.

same thing i tried restarting phone but still not patching
