OTM denial

I know this will get moved. Or deleted. But here I go. A long time ago, I had 1m Halloween mount, which. I accidentally sold, so of course I asked OTM for refund of it. I then, by mistake, told them to cancel that request, though immediately changing my mind I canceled the cancel. They replied saying they weren't refunding, even after changing my mind.

This to me makes no sense! Now I am mount less, and have spent money on other things because OTM refuses to help a Druid out. Is that surprising?

1. There is a "are you sure" sell button. Don't let your fingers slip

2. You shouldn't cause so much trouble by sending a request, then sending a cancel to the request (why the hell?) and cancelling that cancel.

3. I do think OTM should refund you.

BUT, you should consider thinking before you act, since you made 4 wrong choices which got you to the place in where you are now.

Hi,

If you sold the item longer than 3 months before your request then the support team cannot restore the item.
