Hacked Account

Is it possible to get back a hacked account ?
Someone hacked, I tried to change email but He changed email on it.. I have old email and username, all my friends know that i'm that character.
I know when the account has been created and many other things.
Can I have help please ?
( By the way, the account is disabled )
