Hi shadowbolt3 here from crom. I am writing you this to inform you of a problem. There is a user in Crom, has recently been on a scamming spree. He pretended to be OTM, and tricked my friend xLilyx, into giving information. Yes this was a bad move on her part for giving info, but she is only 10 and doesnt really know better. She had gotten scammed earlier in the week out of all her lux. When the user got in there wasnt much left but there were some items of worth. He took a lot of fashion from her, and then deleted her characters. I do believe, he was OTMsupport, the guy who scammed her the first time, because right after she got scammed of her hero ammy and masters grimm which the user magically gained. I have a picture of the user admitting that he scammed. I will post it below, but of course I know this is against the forum rules. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

Any player who is reported to the support team will be looked into. We act when we can, but cannot report back to the reporter what action has taken place upon an account that does not belong to them due to account security.
It may seem at times as though nothing is done, but 'scammers' annoy the support team just as much as they annoy players and they are dealt with when it is possible to do so.

Therefore if you believe you have been scammed, please send in a ticket to support. Make sure you include what happened, as simply writing in "Bob scammed me" doesn't really help the team to understand the situation that has passed.

Some advice would be:

*Be aware that no member of OTM will EVER ask players for their passwords.
*If you are not sure of a players actions, write into support and they can look into it.
*Be careful who your trading with, including checking the level of that player. Report players with 'fake names'

If you need any help please PM me.
