Why is it i never get a reply back from support in game? It's becoming a real pain as I cant complete some quest and I'm wasting time every day try to finish them off, I spend a lot of real money on this game.

Maybe someone here will reply from the support team but I won't hold my breath

I find the support very good.for a reply next morning 2 hours after they started work (11am or so) and issue was sorted before 6pm.I mailed too but find here very helpful
