Just stays on loading screen

Was working great for me and now after I got done doing things in the house. I get on but just stays on loading screen for hours. It's not my Internet I use xfinity so I shouldn't be that. Please, fix if possible thank you for reading

This was possibly related to the Hotbar skill issue. I have removed the skil from the character and you shoul dnow be able to log-in.

Sadly it continues to stay in loading screen I have also tried clearing cache data and reinstalled. Issue still occurs if possible can you look into this detail. Thank you guys I have faith in you thank you for reading
