Idk if this might work but you could try resetting the thing like on bug but only once... idk if otm would ban but it might get it to work

I think NativeX is the one that should fix it since they provide the plat offers.

I actually know how to fix it!

I send a support message and this is what I got back (and what worked for me):

On your iphone / ipad / ipod go to:
- Settings > Privacy > Advertisement
- Click on "reset advertisement-ID" (or something like that, my Phone is Dutch, so I don't know the exact translation)

Just restart the game and yay.
