Hiya xLilyx here from crom. I need admins help pls.. Ive noticed past few days on the acc with xLilyx has had stuff slowly disapere. Today i get on an chars r gone from acc.. I would like to talk to this to an admin so if one can reply i would like that ty

I hope you changed your password in case.

Possibilities:
1) you shared your account or I device.
2) you registered on a ch fan website/forum with the same password. And they used this method to get your password.
Be carefull with that^

I can't do much from here but I hope they can help figure out what happened for you.

As suggested you should change your password in game immediately if you think someone else is logging in to your account.

Please raise a support ticket for the items/characters you think are missing/deleted and the team will investigate for you.
