Please Ban This Player Once and For All

So there is this person on Taranis who is a huge scammer, and has been actively playing and scamming across many accounts for the past year. Many good people have had their accounts stolen (and not by giving away user and pass mind you) and it has been a consistent problem for the server. For Taranisians reading this, I am talking about *Names Removed*. PLEASE do us all a big favor and ban this player's ip, as he is more than used to making new accounts (just so you know it is more than easy to reset that count).
Before this is discarded as another scammer post, please know that it is not necessarily always the same old "Don't Tell Hour
As sword and You'll Never Be Hacked", or "Don't Lend Your Items and You'll Never Be Scammed" ordeal. People on our server have figured out how to run dictionary/brute force cracks on player's passwords, and with the knowledge of a username (which is in most cases not hard to guess) it is simply a run though of names, words, and combinations of numbers/words to crack almost every account's password. If you (OTM) do not realize the seriousness of this issue, and the harm it can/will bring to the game, then something is very wrong..
Please ban the device (or every device on his network) of the character. He is a huge problem in our server, and needs to be stopped. Ignoring trade/account scams is something I can understand, but ignoring password crackings is an entirely different matter, and must be addressed.
