4g vs Wi-Fi

Y can't I play on my 4g? Do I have to change something in the settings?

You should not have to change any settings to be able to play the game across 4G. Where are you experiencing the issue, are you just not able to log-in?

I log in then a few seconds after it disconnect and won't connect back

Can you check that you do not have any other applications running in the background? If there are and they are using the 4G connection too then this might be causing the issue.

Oh ok and a next thing is a 2 day service I have on 500mb for the 2 day is that what causing it?

I'm afraid we could not be sure about that. You would have to check with your service provider if it is problem caused at their end by their service as we do not know the details nof their setup.

I had an issue with Vodafone Ireland where I could not play over 3g, hsupa/HSDPA as there standard service internet settings did not give access to all ports for "security". This may be a similar issue.Check with your networks support/data team and ask about there ISP service settings as all ports should be open.fixed problem for me
