Question regarding refunding accidently sold items

My character (Solid) apparently (my little brother again...) sold a royal bracelet of fire and an imperial bracelet of ice to an unknown vendor (according to my brother) in the farcrag castle roughly around 2 days ago.

I wrote a support ticket today, but I want to know the limit of the number of days after the items are accidentally sold in which the player can still request for a refund.


I asked many of my friends in game and answers ranged from 3 days to 2 weeks, but I'm still pretty worried as both bracelets are extremely hard to get and rare, so I would like an answer from the fellow admins/mods/devs for sure.

Hope I get that refund I desperately need! :shock: :D

You should try using the Search function:
Refunds are 3 days, claiming an item back from selling/dropping is 30 days.

This was done as support is only suppose to refund accidental purchases.

Throughout the month of April, anyone who appiled for a refund was told of these upcoming changes, and the new policy can be found on the Celtic Heroes website.

They really need to update the forums policy as the policy on this subject is the original policy. Most players dont even go to either the website or the forums so to expect every player to know these is an issue all on its own but to have two conflicting policies on both offical OTM websites is a big problem. In this case suggesting a player to search for this when there is actually a whole policy easily found isnt really the issue. Since the actual policy on the forums does not specify a time limit and it was an offical post by OTM themselves the following question was justified. All policies should be up to date and shouldnt be conflicted in two different sections otherwise it just causes confusion.
