How do i buy plat with the money on my Apple ID??

All platinum buying is done in game

Use the item shop when you are logged into game

No look closely..I have money on my iTunes..But I cant buy plat without a credit apple.it say my information is insufficient.But I have the 100$ on my Apple ID balance

i think its because of tax dependig where your from,you have to pay the base amount aswell as a litle extra if your getting a large amount of plat,probably wrong but i think that may be the reason to why its not workifg
