ACCIDENTLY MAILED ITEMS TO WRONG PERSON

Hello today i was mailing stuff to warrior, bluesclues and was in a bit of a rush and it took 5 mail windows, in one mail containing my prized possession, majestic witchcraft broom and yule str ring and harps and golden baselard dagger some others was mistakenly mailed to someone in area, some ppl are dishonest and hasnt mailed back items... Im hoping for support to track my items and get them back asap! This is why we need. An outbox so i know where it went.
Mailer was Pathrider lvl 62 rogue

Seems i mailed to lvl 1 rogue which i dont own and is inactive, can support get the mail back to me? I was suppose to send to BluesClues

If he is inactive, the mail will return automatically to you in 28 days. But I hope support helps you even though they say all mails/trades are final.
P.S. Probably should remove the name of the char you mailed it to, they might see this and decide to login and check that char.

I'm confused
If the toon is inactive, how were they in the area for you to mistakenly send mail to? This whole thing seems a bit odd to me.

i thought i sent to someone in area but then i tried a dif name combo by not adding an s after blue and it came to the blueclues which isnt me, and how am i sure this is the one i sent to? because when i was quickly mailing stuff off char i saw a glimse of the class which was rogue, thats when i hurried and checked alt and wasnt there, thats also why i asked all rogues in area if they recieved anything from me.
