Celtic Heroes

I have never really had any problems logging onto this game on either of my devices (ipad 2, ipod 4) on several different wifi networks. I am staying with some of my relatives and I am on their wifi network. Everything works fine as far as I can tell, except Celtic Heroes. I can access all of my accounts and it says that it reaches all of the servers. It goes to the loading screen and goes to 10 or 20% and then I am kicked out to the main screen. I am presented with a popup that says I am disconnected from the server. I have never had any problems like this, and Restatring my device and etc. does nothing to fix this issue. I have used Celtic Heroes on other wifi networks successfully and then returned here and used my relatives' wifi. It still has the same issue. I have wondered if the problem is caused by some router setting or etc. (when I was here once before I tried completly resetting the router to its factory defaults and it made no difference.)

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the problem? or any suggestions?

The issue is probably caused by your relatives Internet Service Provider. The issue is usually caused by not all ports being open and available on their connection.

This is why the internet and downloading or other apps works fine but when you try to play over a more permanent connection (to the servers) the traffic is blocked. To get around this your relatives would have to contact their ISP's network team and ask for all ports to be opened on thier connection.

I did find that after about 15 tries I can get on. Once I am on I stay on.

and there seems to be an option to open certain ports for certain games. There are preset options for many different servers and games. If you could tell me what sort of ports CH uses I might be able to find an option for it.
